How to take advantage of the Résaplace service :
1. Book on the website www.resaplace.com or by phone on 0 825 888 826 (0.15 € per minute including VAT).
2. Payment for your reservation with your credit card on the website or by phone (secure payment). Parking fees are paid in the car park when you return.
3. A unique file number is sent to you immediately by email or phone.
4. The D-day, come to the car park. Give your file number to the receptionist (call via the toll terminal) who will give you the way to the parking space.

If you require assistance with special-needs or disability access:
- Identify yourself at the car park upon arrival (use the call-button at the pay station).
- The attending agent will indicate at which parking space he shall meet you.
- Assistance is available for getting out of your vehicle and for transporting luggage to the check-in counter.
- If someone is accompanying you, the agent will indicate the most appropriate way for you to access the check-in counter.
